The concept for this new home was to design it by clearly articulating the difference between the public and private spaces. As such the house uses two construction techniques, one in wood and the other in concrete. The public area is in wood with double height ceilings making it feel very open and inviting. The private areas are in concrete giving it a feeling of privacy and security.
